Thursday, March 19 2026, 5 - 6pm MLC Room 250 Guest speaker The Department of Classics is pleased to host Willson Center Distinguished Lecturer, Professor Neil McLynn from Oxford University, for a lecture on The Conference of Carthage in 411. Dr. McLynn's lecture is titled "War of the Words: "Surrenders" and "Schismatics" in Late Roman Africa." This event is free and open to any students, faculty, and staff, as well as members of the Athens community, who wish to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
